Conditions:
- Well behaved small or medium sized pets are allowed.
- The presence of Pets have to be communicated at the time of reservation and approved by the Staff.
- Pets owner are responsible for any damage that the latter may cause to the apartment, to common areas, to people. It is recommended to accompany Pets outside the complex for the fulfillment of their physical needs, to collect their excrements and throw them in the public bins.

Assistance during reservation and during your stay at THE ROOMS is guaranted 24 Hours per day by the Guest Care Manager Jorida and her staff.
CLEANING and MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Cleaning are provide 2/3 times in a week between 10:00 and 14:00, different day and time can be schedule on guest request.

- Bed sheets change (one time per week).
