To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and residents of the building, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple house rules.
These guidelines help maintain a quiet, clean, and respectful environment for everyone.

01 Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from
11:00 PM to 9:00 AM in the apartment and all shared areas.
Please avoid loud noises, music, or any activity that might disturb other guests or residents.
02 Parties or Events
Parties or events are not allowed inside the apartment.
This helps maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
03 Max. Occupancy
Only the number of guests included in the booking may stay in the apartment.
Exceeding this number is not allowed for safety and comfort reasons.
04 No Smoking Apt
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Please respect this rule to ensure a clean and safe environment for all guests.
Important:
Respecting the house rules is essential to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and building residents.
In particular, failing to observe
quiet hours, hosting unauthorized parties, exceeding the maximum number of guests, or causing any damage to the apartment or common areas
may result in immediate eviction from the apartment without refund.
In the most serious cases, the
authorities may be contacted.
The security deposit already paid
will not be refunded if any violations or damages are found in the apartment or common areas.
If smoking occurs during your stay, a €70 cleaning fee will be billed to your account. Additionally, any costs for repairs or replacements due to damages caused by smoking, starting from €500 and increasing based on the extent of the damage, will be charged to your account.
